Questions people actually ask
What happens to my rooms if I stop paying?
They stay on your device. You can open, edit and view every one of them; you just cannot make new ones beyond the free two, and they stop syncing. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Do I need an account?
Not to use Won't Fit. An account is what a subscription attaches to and what lets rooms follow you between devices. Without one, everything still works — it just stays on the one device.
Does the photo of my floor plan get uploaded?
No. Reading a plan out of a picture happens on the device, in about a tenth of a second, with no model download and no network call. The picture never leaves your phone.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account screen in the app. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop back to Free.
